Freakin Fun Dayyyy
Woke up at 9 and got ready and picked up russell at 945 to go lift, and the coach who was supposed to unlock the weight room didnt show. So we went to wilco and did an intense ab circut and lunges across a football field. Then we picked up cierra and ran about a mile and did the ab circut AGAIN. it was intense. then we made some youtube videos and now im off to my aunts for christmasssss.

i cannot sleep very well lately. i keep having really weird dreams and i always wake up around 4 in the morning and cant go back to sleep til like 5. it bugs me and makes me so tired.

I think its funny how utterly ridiculous your excuses are. What you expect from someone should not be something you dont expect from your self.
